Rapidget 1.1 is final

I improved a lot my tool, again, and now, it's release time ! The most significant changes are download status indicator and decreased memory usage. You will love this version.

security fix - cookies are now sent only to rapidshare.com / rapidshare.de
memory usage fix - added missing references
added fast document_get() for HTTP 1.1 mode when Content-Length is known
added custom callback support to Http and Rapidshare
added download status indicator, that displays percents downloaded
added check if program can write a file, before it downloads any
added new structure http_request_t to perform http requests cleanly
added method set_proxy() to class Http
added namespace for internal structures of Http
refactored class Socket
removed unnecessary pointers, as well as some new and delete[]() occurrences
improved main.cpp with usage of std::map in file list
more transparent file includes

Installation

As usually, it is tar -xvjf rapidget-1.1.tar.bz2 followed by cd rapidget and make && sudo make install. Rapidget will be installed to /usr/bin/rapidget, unless you change Makefile to use another location.

Just don't forget you might get into troubles regarding the app name since I believe it's been already registered.. Other than that it's pretty cool

Luckily the name is not a registered trademark, Jakub. Thank you for mentioning that, anyway. I obviously found some other apps using the same name, and have to consider renaming.
